Proposition Gag Me**

I hereby declare that DVDs should, by law, have to include a Gag Reel.

Unless the subject of the DVD is far too serious*, I want me some laughs. And some cast bonding. And some goof-ups. And, some laughs. Yes.

All those in favour, say "Aye"!

*For example, I don't really want a Gag Reel on Schindler's List.

** That's not what I meant. Neither is that!

Aye!

Recently rented The Producers, with Nathan Lane and Matthew Broderick, I swear my friends and I laughed harder at the gag reels then at some parts of the movie. Plus I find it makes the movie even better when you see how much fun they were having making it.

Deleted scenes though, I could live without, boring!

See? Now I'll rent that movie just for the trailers! hee.

It does make the movie even better, especially if you loved the movie (or TV show mind you)

And yes, deleted scenes can stay deleted! Fewer commentaries and deletions, more FUNNIES!

Oh dear. My mind seems to be falling into some sort of perverted hell recently - I saw the post about a Gag reel, and images of bizarre sexual asphyxiation activities came to mind.

Sorry. Forget I said that :)

Ummm - gag reel. Yes. I love the out-takes in the Toy Story movies. Smokey and the Bandit had it too - during the end credits.

Plus? It's always interesting to me when a comedy's not very funny, the gag reel isn't that great either. It's, like, a sign, man.
