Tie-Tie

Anyone else seriously tired out these days?

Ok, all of you with your hands up, when you're tired, do you go to bed early so you can get extra sleep or do you stay up late working on things that really don't need to be worked on and then find yourself all not-tired even though you really really are?

Oh. Just me then?

Mkay.

No not just you. I worked on my thesis til 2 am and didn't wake up until noon! Augh. Another wasted morning. Although, if I hadn't slept, I wouldn't be productive this afternoon. Damn sleep. Damn time. I wish I could put my two index fingers together and make it stop already!

Oh, hi! I'm a night owl with a day job and have to keep regular office hours. It doesn't matter how overtired I am, I always perk up around 8 pm and have trouble falling to sleep before midnight. So I usually run on about 7 hours sleep per night, which is most definitely not enough for me. And then I had to go and throw bootcamp into the mix. At least now I'm having an easier time falling to sleep earlier, heh.

I seem to be going to bed even earlier these days, but I agree with Laura, I know if I stay up to 9-9:30 I get my second wind and then really suffer when the alarm goes off at 5:45

i gogogo until the day i get to sleep in alone(some of my days off do not coincide with Michael's) ...then? i sleep a good 12 hours, get up, rush around to make it look like i might have been productive in any small sense of the word, have a nice dinner waiting....and can't wait to go back to sleep again.

Sleep's tricky Ms B, you need it, specially with all that brain power thinking you're doing! :)

Laura, I can't figure out when I perk up anymore! heh. But, left to my own devices, I tend to wake up around 10, or 11 or so, so maybe I am more of a night owl?

Single and Picky, 5:45? EEEEEEEK!

Dilling, those 12 hour sleep days are kind of awesome though, eh?

Well, thanks Special K :)

Finally, im not alone!!

I work a kinda normal work hours, so need to sleep kinda normal, but i do not.
I get tired on my way home from work about 8, but then when i get home, i perk up, and dont come down til about 2 and then i only get to bed, because i have to.

Then i basically die between 3 and 4 at work.

BUT on my days off, i sleep until at least midday, and sometimes until 3 or 4. Which doesn't help the whole cycle, of needing to sleep early. And that makes me sad, cause my day off is kinda gone.

Always tired, it seems...not enough hours during the day or night!

yep 5:45 - I start work at 7:45am and it's an hour commute... but I also crash and burn about 8pm unless I am determined to keep going (ie have a nap in the afternoon), it makes the whole going out on dates thing or being social brutal, then again I saw HP last night/morning... I had a nap in the theatre before, my date happily sketching next to me...

More hours in the day Y? Only if they're exclusively for sleeping! ;)

UC, will you second Y and mine's vote for added sleep hours? Hee.

Gosh SP, that's an early rise! And, yeah, must make the social life extra sleepy, er, I mean tricky! ;) However, the date sketching while you napped before HP is an adorable image! :D
