Um

I am currently addicted to sunflower seeds.

It's the salt.

I can't stop eating them.

I think my teeth are going to fall out.

Please send help.

Or maybe just tell me to stop buying them.

Thanks.

Imagine them germinating. Then you could be all full of sunshine.

I am trying to decide if that is a colourful and pleasing image or just really weird and gross.

Well, on the plus side, you may just grow a beak!

Oh, man! There are times I've eaten so many that my tongue gets RAW. And in those times, the salt is not so nice.

They're cheaper than cigarettes.. and better for your health. I say stick with it :)

Yummm...

I can't stop eating dried mango slices from T&T. The jerks stick the box of packages right next to the checkout knowing full well that no one will be able to resist. Gets me everytime.

I am the same way with pumpkin seeds and gummi bears...for different reasons (ones sweet, ones salty) and I don't eat them at the same time.
Good luck breaking the habit!!

Tom, it has disturbed me somewhat! ;)

Ms B, that thought might make me stop :)

Kara, yeah, my gums are getting a little ratty! heh

Dominic, that's true

Ooooh, that sounds yummy Tales!

Lisa, do you ever alternate? One of one and then one of the other? ;)

holy, i am addicted to beef jerky we make at work...haven't eaten that for years, but working for an organic butcher shop? i know absolutely what goes into what i am eating...and am tragically addicted to the mass amounts of beef jerky coming out right now...organic or not? so salty my tongue is peeling....the past two days at work have been ridiculous and the protein/salt thing has been such a huge comfort...is that wrong of me?

Nah.... I don't think it's wrong. Comfort food is good stuff, and if it's reasonably healthy? All the better!
