Duh Duh Duh Duuuh Duuuuh DUUUUUUUUUUUUH!

I went to Vancouver this weekend and got to see a Canucks game and be *with* the crowd as our boys did their best to even up the game. (And man oh man is it ever an amazing feeling to yell and cheer right along with thousands and thousands of others when your team gets a goal. Electrifying only begins to describe it!)

I had such a blast and it was such a treat, really.

And now I'm going to wish I could sleep all day today to rest from all the excitement!

And yes, I know that only some of you who read this will understand the title... eh?

But...they lost! Boo!

I think (begrudingly because GO! LEAFS! GO!) the Canucks are Canada's best hopes at bringing home the Cup to this fair land where it belongs.

I was sad to see Hodgeson go the Sabres...he could be a superstar.

I was really glad to Kassian step up and be the third star with a goal and an assist this early in his new career with the Canucks. I watched him as often as I could when he was a Peterbourgh Pete...he had some awesome games as a junior. Hopefully he'll have lots of those gamew as a Canuck.

Glad you enjoyed yourself and jealous...I have not made it to a NHL game this year.
