This is the second one I've seen this week! 

Is it possible that the banana peel person is back in action and I've just caught the early pre-peel stage?  DUH DUH DUUUUUUUUUH!

(No but seriously, this is the second full banana I've seen in vaguely the same area... within a block or two, what is happening?)
