I don't use my oven as often as some, but I have used it enough that it is not super clean in there.
A while ago (a couple of years?) I got me some baking soda and did what I could but it still isn't nice to look at.
I did some reading and because I don't want to deal with a chemical cleaner (Gah!) I ended up buying a razor blade cutter? Is that the term? No, scraper. A razor blade scraper tool. And I went to town on the parts I could reach.
It's very satisfying you guys!
Parts of my oven now look a WHOLE lot better and cleaner and prettier (some spots I could not reach or they were curved so it didn't work.)
I also ended up finding a few slices I'd accidentally made on my arm (short sleeves) and hands that I didn't notice until I had a shower that evening. Oops.
So if you do end up using a razor blade scraper, don't be anything less than very cautious and careful of where it is and how you're holding it, ok? Ok!
