When it's time to try to fall asleep I roll over on my side and fold my arms up in a certain way.
The arm on the "bottom" side (closest to the bed) folds up and that hand goes on my shoulder and the "upper" arm folds so that my hand is under my face on my pillow. (I'm not sure that this description makes sense?!)
But sometimes, I'll be in that position and trying to get to sleep and my arms feel backwards! Like I don't really think through "ok this arm here that arm there", I just kind of curl up and try to sleep so sometimes I curl up and am like wait, why is my arm trapped? Is this the way they go???? So it's like habit but not?
And no, I don't know how long it's been like this or if I've always fallen asleep like this or what. But yeah... there is a backwards way to have my arms apparently! (OH and PS, the foot on top has to flop in front, not behind...!)
