A Left

I read something recently (no recollection of where) that said something about how trying to do things with your non dominant hand is a good way to like make your brain happy.  (That's totally not what it said it was something important about working your brain or helping keep your brain functional.  It may have had something to do with age... or not, I don't remember!)

It mentioned brushing your teeth with your other hand and so that's something I've tried a few times now.

And you guys?  It's HARD!!!

Like even holding the toothpaste tube in the "other" hand somehow is weird, which is shouldn't be, but I guess when you've done something one way untold number of times your brain/body is used to that particular way?

So yeah, my teeth are probably not getting a very good brushing and I feel completely useless doing it this way and sometimes I've honestly gotten so frustrated that I switch hands, ahem... but yeah, it's weird.  And odd.  And sometimes I forget, but I'm trying and I'm thinking and maybe I'll start to find other things I can try to do with my non dominant (left for me) hand.  Half brushed hair here I come?
