Weather

We're in a cold snap (second day of it?  third?  dunno...)  With wind chill (which seems to be the "worst" part for those outside)

And it's snowing!

Which is great timing for me as I have some time off right now so don't need to drive or go anywhere which is the best way to enjoy snow.  

As of right now I'm not sure how much we're going to get (it's not quite 9 in the morning) but they've put out a snowfall warning for today and we might get a chunk so we shall see.

My building's heat isn't keeping up (of course... like it's 16 in here right now) but I bought really warm indoor gear to hopefully help me not loose my mind (as much) with the cold. 

This morning I took my compost out and the back door wouldn't open with my key (frozen probably) so I had to walk around to the front (thankfully there are other entrances and they are a bit more sheltered) nervously wondering who might be awake to buzz if I wasn't able to get in.  Glad to say my key worked in the front door.  I then went to the back door and without letting it close worked my key in it until it turned.  Will test it later and see how it's feeling... or not, I'm not the boss of the building! (that was meant to be amusing... but I didn't sleep well last night so it might not be funny!)

Anyhow.  Cold snap.  And snow.  And a door that wouldn't open.  Good morning!
