This last week or so I have been having an incredibly hard time not wanting to sleep (or nap) in the evenings.
Like the other day from about 5-6pm I really really really just wanted to sleep. (But I didn't, because that's a danger zone nap time and way too early to attempt to sleep through the night.)
I'm telling myself it's maybe still to do with the time change but maybe it's also to do with how and what and when I'm eating or maybe it's a little from column A and a little from column B?
I dunno. I just know evenings are so so so long right now and from about 4:30 or so til about 9pm or so I just want to be asleep and I keep watching the clock to see if it's a reasonable time to go to bed. (And then I get kind of nervous around 9:30 when I start feeling alert again because I really don't want to get a second wind and not sleep!)
Is there anyone out there (or any industry) still pushing for the time change to keep going? I mean I know we'd deal with darkness if we stopped but all I keep seeing twice a year is people going WHYYYYYY? (Me being one of those people for sure.)
