When I woke up last Sunday, I woke up with a wicked wicked headache.
Like it happens from time to time that I wake up absolutely clenching my jaw/teeth (yes I have a nightguard) and wake up with a headache. This was one of those times.
Usually taking an Advil or something helps but this time, maybe because it was on a mainly empty stomach, I got nauseated.
And it didn't help.
So the only thing I was able to do was nap most of the day. It is one of the worst, longest headaches I can remember in a long time.
I wasn't able to be on screens, but later in the afternoon I managed with some (it's hard to do nothing all day let me tell you).
So that kind of took away my usual writing day, and then the rest of this week just FLEW by and so I missed another week, oops.
(This weekend is full of things that have me super anxious so I'm not 100% sure I'll get to writing again but we'll see.)
