Balance

is hard to find.

isn't as straightforward as it seems.

is something that when you're not in it, seems fleeting.

is the most important thing.

is where I want to be in all things.

is groovy.

I've been thinking a lot about that myself lately.

Balance is hard but I'm starting to realize that it's not something you one day find, it's more of something you try and practice everyday, in the way you respond to things, and the way you relate to what's around you. And you fail miserably some days ( at least I do), and you're better other days...but you keep on practicing it.

is something that if you reach out too far for it, you'll lose it.

is best found by approaching it with small steady steps.

is something that once it's lost, can cause an entire avalanche.

Balance is groovy. I have a balance plan. It starts in January and until then I am allowing myself to be messy and emotional and to deal with all my crap as unbalancedly as I want/need to.

Which strangely, is giving me a certain amount of balance.

For me, balance IS having a plan. It comes easier some days, and harder on others. Toddlers make balance harder!

You're so right, Alexandra. It doesn't just suddenly appear, as nice and simple as that might be. And it takes practice and effort but it's worth it.....right?

Delton,very true. Very true.

So@24, singlehandedly if need be!
; )

Minijonb, but the funny thing is is that they're pretty darn crooked.
: ) Balance doesn't necessarily look like what we think it "should"

TSG, very groovy! And I totally understand about the unblancedlyness giving you balance.

Jenn, plans can be gooooood
and toddlers are all about not with the balance! ; )
