But I Don't Know How

I think I sprained my toe muscle.

Or like a toe tendon.

Is that a thing?

Now what am I supposed to to?

Now you sit back and relax on the couch for a couple days, eating bonbons and watching movies :)

If the bonbons don't work, trying taping the injured toe to the next toe with medical tape. That will help stabilize and immobilize the injuried one. That's what they do for broken toes...speaking from experience... :o(
