I'm not enjoying trying to figure out if it's stress, illness, or smoke inhalation!
We still have wildfire smoke and I can't remember how many days its been now but a few... and it's not awful (knock on wood) but it's also not good. And so using today as an example, I'm not seeing as much ash floating around, but I sound terrible when I talk and my ears are plugged. I lost sound in one of them a couple of days ago and managed to resolve that with allergy pills. So it's likely a sort of semi allergic reaction to the smoke in the air I figure? Since I'm not sure how that works with normal allergens or whatever might be bothering me.
Same with my headache. Is it stress? Or is it smoke? Whatever it is, meds have been taken and relief is hopefully on the way.

Not having a month and a bit of smokey air this summer has maybe weakened our systems and made us unprepared for this brief blip.
I hope this clears up soon.
It kind of feels that way to be honest? Like the first day it hit I could *see* that it wasn't as bad as we've had in the past but I was hacking like a smoker and really struggling. And even today it's not too terrible but I'm not doing well! Let's both hope it clears up soon... :/
