March

I forgot to talk about the absolutely hilarious weather we've been having, and had this weekend.

For anyone who grew up around here, we're used to this kind of thing, but for those of you who don't live in these here parts, let me tell you about an average March day we might see.

Take last Sunday.

The day started off grey, then it rained. Then the sun came out. And then it poured. While the sun was out. And then it went back to being sunny for a while. And then it rained.

And then it hailed. And then it was sunny.

And then it snowed. For all of five minutes, because then it cleared up and was sunny.

And we capped the evening off with a few drops of rain and a wind warning.

Very, oh so very typically March in the Pacific Northwest.

Comes in like a lion, goes out like a lamb.

Has a few undecided days in-between. March is kind of like a toddler: really not sure what it's thinking, but man oh man, does it ever let you know how it's feeling.
