Phew

It's Winter Solstice today.  That mid-Winter moment when we shift from the days getting shorter, to the days turning back towards getting longer.

If you celebrate Solstice, or Yule or something else around this time of year, I wish you a joyous celebration.

I like Solstice.  It's a reminder that time keeps pressing forward and there is beauty in the lighting of lights in the darkest times.

Yes, both literally and metaphorically.

So here's to the shortest day of the year... light wise... and here's to the days getting longer in this endless pendulum of daylight.

We made it!  See you next year short days!

The days are getting longer again! The Sun has defeated the Moon! The world is renewed!

FEED was pretty good, thanks for recommending it. I'll probably be picking up more from the series. You clearly have good taste in zombie novels.

And have a fantastic holiday break. I feel like you blog is a wonderful gift, and all I have to give in return in my praise, my informed opinion that you are amazing and awesome, and my positive & warmth thoughts beamed out your way.

YAY SUN!!!!!

I'm glad you enjoyed Feed! I liked the whole series (there are three in total) just to keep up with the characters. :)

A wonderful break to you as well. And please don't downplay your praise and support, they mean a great deal to me! :D

Assuming I don't get the 2nd book as a gift, I'll be purchasing it. And it seems like there's a bunch of short stories and novellas in the setting, too...
