When my stress and anxiety is high, like it is right now, I am more prone to some vertigo type sensations.
Most notably when I'm scrolling on a device and I stop the scroll or look away and my "eyes"/"brain" seem to keep scrolling.
It's unsettling and uncomfortable but seems to pass quickly. It's not quite vertigo, I've had that before and it's not quite the inner ear crystal thing, I've dealt with that before but I'm certainly noticing this thing happening right now. Likely a sign to stay off of devices, but, well, not like knowing something will improve how I feel means it's actually something I'm going to be able or willing to do. Sigh. Humans... am I right?
