Oh And

Did I tell you about the time last year when I was trying to be healthy and so replaced my "I have chocolate bars around" with "I have this healthy granola around!" and so I'd snack on that and feel really good about my sugar choices and then I started seeing my weight go up and up and when I finally looked at the nutritional information of that healthy granola it was like a bazillion calories for a half a cup?

Um, yeah.  Apparently you have to be careful with the healthy things you chose to snack on or eat as some of them are pretty densely calorically packed!

Whoops.

Sigh.

If only weight came off as easily as it comes on, eh?
